Work Performed:
TheInHouse Audio Visual Technician for banquets and events will be tasked with the following duties responsibilities and assignments:
- Manages audiovisual equipment for banquets and events for multipurpose rooms general floor conference rooms and other meeting spaces and adapts to event changes
- Understand audio prepping rigging power system capabilities and general usage.
- Ensure all sets and strikes are completed according to Banquet Event Orders
- Test cables audiovisual equipment perform sound checks
- Set up and breakdownequipment per Banquet Event Order instructions including audiovisual equipment and all otherevent provisions;
- Operate and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment projectors laptops speakers microphones and lighting
- Ensure proper functioning of cameras microphones speakers and displays in all designated areas
- Ensure all inventory is in good working order and rental condition
- Ensure any lost stolen or damaged equipment is reported to management
- Ensure equipment is secure from theft/damage
- Maintain communication with the guest contact person for guest needsand provide excellent customer service to allguests;
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures including reporting accidentsinjuriesand unsafe work conditions to management;and
- Anyother work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
Qualifications and Experience:
Knowledge of network connectivity digital signal flow troubleshooting systems and equipment
6monthsof Audio Video Services for medium to large groups
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Required Licenses/ Certification:
Food Safety certificate or complete training during the initial 90 days.
Alcohol certification or complete training during the initial 90 days.
Physical:
Ability to lift pull and push up to 50lbs.
Ability to bend and squat repeatedly Ability to walk and stand for the duration of scheduled shift
Other:
Flexible to working days early mornings eveningsnightsweekendsand holidays.

El tcnico audiovisual interno para banquetes y eventos tendr las siguientes tareas responsabilidades y asignaciones:
Gestiona equipos audiovisuales para banquetes y eventos para salones de usos mltiples salas de conferencias de piso general y otros espacios para reuniones y se adapta a los cambios de eventos.
Comprender la tecnologa actual y nueva.
Comprenda la preparacin de audio el montaje las capacidades del sistema de energa y el uso general.
Asegrese de que todos los sets y strikes se completen de acuerdo con las rdenes del evento de banquete Cables de prueba equipos audiovisuales. Instalar y desarmar el equipo segn las instrucciones del Pedido del evento del banquete incluido el equipo audiovisual y todas las dems disposiciones del evento;
Configurar operar y solucionar problemas de equipos audiovisuales proyectores computadoras porttiles parlantes micrfonos iluminacin realizar pruebas de sonido.
Garantizar el funcionamiento adecuado de cmaras micrfonos parlantes y pantallas en todas las reas designadas.
Asegrese de que todo el inventario est en buen estado de funcionamiento y de alquiler.
Asegrese de informar a la gerencia sobre cualquier equipo perdido robado o daado.
