Must Haves:

- Thorough understanding of practices theories and policies involved in business and finance.
- Advanced proficiency in tech business operating platforms such as Google Enterprise accounting software CRM systems Project Management platforms and other cloudbased applications.
- Excellent analytical decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
Qualifications and Requirements:
MBA preferred.
Diversified background with more than 5 years of experience in tech business operations
35 years of experience in the Energy space
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to corporate strategy.
- Direct and support business team leads to ensure that they are motivated and trained to succeed.
- Develop and implement process documentation.
- Track overall company performance by gathering analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Ensure operationsrelated activities are performed in compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Support the setup and integration of new projects.
