Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Performance Analytics Platform Manager to lead the development and management of our performance analytics platform. This role involves leveraging various AI capabilities to create and enhance AIdriven reporting products including natural language processing (NLP). The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering and design teams to build solutions that drive value and outcomes for large successful companies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise data platforms analytics and AI with a proven track record of building and scaling reporting and analytics products. They will work crossfunctionally with engineering data science design and business teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and company strategy

Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the roadmap for the Reporting Analytics & AI Platform ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
- Platform Development: Drive the evolution of scalable reporting analytics and AI capabilities balancing standardization with flexibility.
- CustomerCentric Approach: Partner with clients stakeholders and internal teams to identify and prioritize features that enhance usability adoption and impact.
- CrossFunctional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering data science design and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that support reporting advanced analytics and AIdriven insights.
- Customization & Governance: Establish strong customization governance to balance configurable solutions with costeffective scalability.
- AI & Advanced Analytics: Lead the integration of AI/ML capabilities to enhance reporting automation predictive analytics and business intelligence.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends emerging technologies and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Metrics & Performance Tracking: Define key success metrics monitor adoption and continuously optimize platform performance
What Youll Need
- 5 years in analytics reporting and AIdriven platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data platforms BI tools AI/ML applications and enterprise reporting solutions (AWS specific technologies is a plus).
- Experience driving data governance selfservice analytics and AIpowered insights at scale.
- Proven ability to manage crossfunctional teams in fastpaced agile environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business value
- Proven track record of successfully managing products through their entire lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct both quantitative as well as qualitative discovery (e.g. analyze usage trends and speak with clients in a selfservice fashion respectively to uncover valuable insights).
- Proven track record of managing and achieving metrics/KPIs to drive improved outcomes.
