The Sign & Graphics Production Specialist executes highquality signage and graphics production. Ensures the accurate assembly printing and finishing of largescale graphic projects while maintaining quality control and efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and produce various types of signage using a wide range of print materials and substrates including vehicle graphics.
  • Load mediaoperate and manage largeformat printing into various print machines. Carry out production from print to finishing.
  • Assemble precise and carefully crafted largescale graphic products.
  • Ensure timely response to client requests to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee order tracking and maintain materials inventory efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections maintenance and repairs of equipment to uphold proper functioning.
  • Assist with delivery or installation as needed.
  • Use computer programs (ex. Adobe Creative Suite Onyx Fiery to create review and format print proofs.
  • Meet production deadlines as outlined by the Print Shop Manager.
  • This position requires travel <25 of the time. A valid drivers license and staterequired auto insurance are necessary. Driving record must be acceptable to companys vendor.

Education & Experience

  • 25 years of experience in a printing production environment specifically in signage and graphics production required.
  • Graphics installation experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Associates degree or equivalent from twoyear college or technical school preferred.
  • Possesses a valid drivers license and staterequired auto insurance.
  • Shift flexibility and overtime when needed.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented.
  • Spanish / English bilingual preferred.
  • Must have intermediate knowledge of computer programs in a Windows environment including Word Excel and Email.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and print shop programs such as FIERY Command Station and ONYX Rip Software.
  • 8Panel Drug ScreenBackground CheckEmployment VerificationLive Scan andMVR required.
