Job Summary:
The University of Colorado Breast Microsurgery Fellowship includes a combination of didactic and clinical teaching in the operating room and clinical settings. Fellows will be assigned on a rotating basis to work with attending surgeons in plastic surgery at the University of Colorado Hospital and affiliate locations.
This program offers broad training opportunities for developing advanced microsurgical skills and expertise with a focus on comprehensive breast reconstruction. The fellowship is a oneyear position as an Instructor Fellow. For microsurgical cases the fellow will work closely with experienced microsurgeons who will serve as mentors and supervisors. In addition to holistic breast reconstruction exposure the fellowship will encompass broad training in all areas of microsurgery including lymphatic reconstruction.
Our faculty will be closely involved in your training while still giving you the opportunity to gain independence. You will participate not only as a trainee but also as a teacher. As a fellow you will work closely with residents in plastic surgery and with medical students.
Program Credentials: This is a nonACGME accredited fellowship.
Work Location:
Onsite this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora CO and occasionally in Denver CO.

Post Graduate Year 6: $94717

The above salary range or hiring range represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is nonexempt.
