Job Description:
Mission
Develop research projects based on ITC and specifically on AI in autonomy or leading a small team of internal/external resources. Care all phases of project starting from proposal to validation and reporting. Cooperate in international multicultural working groups.
Accountabilities
- Analyze physical systems and model them analytically for the suitable parts with reference to railway systems and vehicles.
- Individuate useful data among available ones for AI models analyze and clean them derive useful datasets.
- Develop and implementAI models.Designmachine learning modelsandalgorithmsto solve problems and enhancefunctionality.
- Collaborate withcrossfunctional multicultural and multicompany teams.Work withdata scientistssystem engineers stakeholders to build and deployAI solutions. Cooperate with suppliers partners and customers.
- OptimizeAI systems.Improve the performance ofAI modelsand systems for scalability and realtime applications.
- Conductdata analysis.Analyzelarge data setsto identify patterns and insights that informAI development.
- Prototypingand testing.Createprototypesto testAI applicationsand refinemachine learning techniques.
- Reporting in documents and powerpoint presentations
- Stay updated on advancements.Research and implement the latest advancements inAI and machine learningframeworks.
- IntegrateAI solutions.Implement AI into existing software systems to enhancefunctionalityand user experience.
Required Skills/ Knowledge
- Focus on Innovation and new technologies.
- Ability to model physical systems.
- Easiness in written reporting in English/preparing powerpoint presentations
- Flexibility
- Result orientation
- Readiness to travel occasionally (Europe/Asia/USA)
- Fluency in spoken and written reporting in English.
Education / Qualifications
- Master Degree In Informatic Engineering
- Two or more years of certified working experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.
- Basic but significant knowledge of Physics related to railway vehicles in order to be able to physically model systems.
- Knowledge and usage of C Python ML tools Vertex AI and similar AI tools on cloud Matlab.
- Experience in NoSQL database design and RDBMS design
Languages
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English (C1 or higher)
