Our Internal Communications Executive will be a topclass storyteller with a technical and digital approach. The key focus of this role is to manage maintain and develop our internal corporate channels. This means youll be crafting compelling content that tells our story and lead our editorial planning. Youll provide measurement and insight on our channels and content and make tweaks based on what the insight tells us.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us missionaligned.

What youll do:

• Manage maintain and develop internal corporate channels including maintaining accurate distribution lists e.g. SharePoint intranet and microsites poppulo communications online and live townhall events

• Own and drive content planning across our suite of internal corporate channels leading weekly editorial meetings and supporting air traffic control via the communications calendar so that audiences are not overwhelmed by multiple messages

• Build guidelines for each channel to improve colleague experience and communication integrity ensuring consistency and compliance. Provide training and resources to internal collaborators.

• Curate build and distribute content using creativity to translate sophisticated information into engaging effective communication including video and audio production PowerPoint presentations and digital/visual communication tools and assets ensuring compliance with brand guidelines

• Deliver on the measurement of each channel creating a regular cycle of review and evaluation proposing improvements and working with the wider communications team to implement strategies to measure impact of campaigns and share insights with business stakeholders

• Proactively monitor and engage with emerging technology and communication tools to innovate and augment our suite of communication channels for the future

• Manage relationships with third party suppliers as required (e.g. Poppulo Interact creative agencies etc)

• Work closely with other parts of Flutter where appropriate to ensure consistency of message and compliance with various global policies

• Support business continuity/crisis situations with content creation and distribution as required

• Support and own adhoc and project related internal comms work as and when required

What youll bring:

• Skilled in project management and interpersonal communication able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

• Connects tasks to plans and not only fulfills own responsibilities but actively **coordinates** project team / collaborators when input is needed within set deadlines

• Can build internal communications plans that include a range of ideas and practical solutions

• Understands the different channels and their primary purpose and can recommend accordingly

• Creative with a technical and digital approach

• Experience with the Microsoft product suite (Excel Word PowerPoint) including SharePoint intranet is a necessity and working knowledge of Interact platform & Poppulo is desirable

• Can demonstrate visual creativity for a range of platforms / situations

• Experience with video production and using Premiere Pro and Photoshop or equivalent is desirable

• Has a solid understanding of how to measure the impact of internal communications

• Meticulous approach to proofing and editing content with excellent attention to detail to ensure communication is delivered errorfree

• Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner

• Takes an audiencecentric approach to content development and communication into the business ensuring alignment and volumes are managed effectively
