Position Summary:
Florida Atlantic University is seeking Instructional Designers Boca Raton FL.
The Instructional Designer supports our distancelearning efforts. The general duties for this position include assisting with the development of online courses that align with highquality course standards faculty support in Canvas LMS course design instructional content development and quality assurance including accessibility and copyright compliance and other duties as assigned. Also responsible for assisting in faculty professional development training as well as coordinating multiple eLearning projects/tasks.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Collaborate with instructors to design develop and implement credit and noncredit online courses.
Ability to recognize suggest and implement improvements for online courses to meet the Quality Matters rubric standards.
Develop course outlines documentation assessment strategies and maintain instructional design direction and development through all project phases.
Work well without direct supervision as well as in team environments.
Provide direction and support in content development to faculty analyze needs tasks learning environment and to develop learning objectives and requirements.
Assisting with the development of online courses that align with highquality course standards.
Supporting faculty in Canvas LMS with course design instructional content development and quality assurance including accessibility and copyright compliance.
Other duties as assigned.
