As part of the Mako team youll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of patients and healthcare professionals by providing expert product support for joint replacement surgeries (hip and knee) with the Mako robotics system. Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical product support and guidance to surgeons nurses and healthcare professionals during joint replacement surgeries using the Mako robotic system.
Assist in preoperative planning by preparing CT scans and guiding implant placement for optimal surgical outcomes.
Support surgical teams during procedures ensuring the right tools are used at the right time and troubleshooting any potential product issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff helping to drive awareness of the Mako systems clinical benefits.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase account growth and product visibility.
Work closely with engineers providing crucial feedback on product performance and design.
What Were Looking For:
Clinical support experience (e.g. medical field technician nurse physiotherapist or similar) or a university degree in biomechanical/biomedical engineering medical technology health sciences or a related field.
Previous experience in orthopedic surgery is a plus but not required.
A passion for customer service and a strong desire to make a difference in healthcare.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of medical staff.
High stress tolerance and problemsolving abilities to handle challenges in fastpaced surgical environments.
Flexibility to travel up to 90 within the assigned region (East and West Flanders) and step in for colleagues when needed.
Strong attention to detail curiosity and a willingness to learn quickly.
Fluent in Dutch and English and hold a valid drivers license.
