The Chemical Analysis Division (CAD) provides a broad mix of analytical instruments and services to a diverse range of enduser markets including Safety & Security Environmental Food Safety Life Sciences Medical Energy Spectroscopy and Minerals and Mining. Its instruments are used worldwide in various settings both in the field and on the line where customers value adaptability reliability and ease of use. CAD operates within a global footprint with more than 4000 colleagues delivering product solutions to customers that allow for confident onthespot decisionmaking. CAD part the Analytical Instruments group and is comprised of three business units:

  • Measurement Control and Sample Identification
  • Environmental and Process Monitoring
  • Production Process and Analytics
  • Bulk Elemental Analysis

The position supports the Bulk Elemental Analysis business unit. This business drives value for our customers by enabling them to:

  • accelerate production
  • improve product quality
  • make process decision faster
  • and protect their brands

  • Clean Energy (battery manufacture & minerals production)

Territory: up to 75 travel in territory (Franklin MA and surrounding regions Nationwide travel)

What will you do

You will provide complete services on Spectroscopy instruments: optical emission spectroscopy (OES) xray florescence (XRF) and xray diffraction (XRD) including installation repairs preventative maintenance and instrument qualifications. In addition to working with our customers you will also regularly engage with other team members sales technical support and engineering.
