With 200 offices across North America we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the worlds leading professional services firm Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).
Applicants must be within driving distance to the Columbus office to be considered for this role and have the ability to commute to the office.
A day in the life.
As a Private Client Services Client Manager you will:
- Be responsible for all steps in the processing of:
- Evidence of Property/Binders/ ID cards
- Invoicing/Accounting
- Endorsements
- Applications
- Electronic file maintenance
- Account rounding
- Effectively assisting clients with coverage issues and changes
- Limited new business sales
- Manage the marketing process
- Follow up and handle aged receivables
- Verbal and written correspondence with clients carriers and mortgage companies

Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- 4 years of personal lines insurance experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proven customer service and relations
- Able to research and analyze problems independently
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasked and detail oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel Outlook
- Able to selfcheck for accuracy
- Must learn the Agency Management System and Imaging System
- Must have Property & Casualty resident agents license or obtain within 90 days
