Position Summary: We are seeking a driven responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position you will be expected to learn the insandouts of our daily routines and procedures.
What youll do:
- Answer phone inquiries direct calls and provide basic company information; oversee mail deliveries packages and couriers
- Perform administrative duties take memos maintain files maintain calendars and organize documents. as needed
- Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
- Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents drafts and reports; sort and manage files
- Run general industry related errands
- Manage databases and input information data and records
- Research and gather documentation on company position in the industry
- Set up break down organize and maintain conference rooms training rooms and meeting rooms update company calendars
- Attend company functions and networking events
- Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
About you:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college in Junior or Senior year (At least 18 years of age)
- Your degree should be business related (ie. Business Admin. Mgmt. etc..
- Availability to work a hybrid schedule 40 hours/week throughout summer break.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Selfdirected and able to work without supervision
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

Estamos buscando un/a pasante responsable y motivado/a para unirse a nuestra organizacin en crecimiento. En este puesto se espera que aprendas los aspectos cotidianos de nuestras rutinas y procedimientos.
Lo que hars:
- Atender consultas telefnicas dirigir llamadas y proporcionar informacin bsica de la empresa; supervisar entregas de correo paquetes y mensajeros.
- Realizar tareas administrativas tomar notas mantener archivos mantener calendarios y organizar documentos segn sea necesario.
- Ayudar a preparar informacin y materiales de investigacin; crear y mantener presentaciones en PowerPoint.
- Tomar notas y memorandos durante las reuniones; redactar documentos borradores e informes; clasificar y gestionar archivos.
- Realizar tareas generales relacionadas con la industria.
- Gestionar bases de datos e ingresar informacin datos y registros.
- Investigar y recopilar documentacin sobre la posicin de la empresa en la industria.
- Organizar desarmar organizar y mantener salas de conferencias salas de capacitacin y salas de reuniones; actualizar calendarios de la empresa.
- Asistir a funciones y eventos de la empresa para hacer networking.
- Observar mltiples posiciones en la oficina y entrenar en una variedad de tareas.
Acerca de ti:
- Debes estar inscrito/a en una universidad/acadmica acreditada en el tercer o cuarto ao (al menos 18 aos de edad).
- Tu carrera debe estar relacionada con negocios (Ej. Administracin de Empresas Gestin etc..
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en un horario hbrido de 40 horas/semana durante las vacaciones de verano.
- Habilidades informticas avanzadas incluyendo Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint y Excel).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin escrita y verbal.
- Capacidad de trabajo autnomo y sin supervisin directa.
- Energtico/a y con ganas de asumir nuevos proyectos e ideas.
