Job Description
The Amazon Publisher Monetization (APM) organizations mission is to maximize publisher value by delivering compelling ad experiences in video audio and display across 1P Amazon properties such as Freevee Twitch Fire TV Prime Video Alexa Live Events IMDb Store Grocery and more. For this role were looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex technical crossfunctional programs for Prime Video Ads.
Prime Video has a unique combination of premium video content wide customer reach Amazon audience insights and more and is therefore positioned to help global brand advertisers of all sizes reach their customers in impactful ways. The leader in this role will play a crucial part in driving Prime Video Ads growth. As a Senior TPM you will lead the software development process across multiple engineering teams working in parallel. These are all highly technical projects requiring extraordinary communication planning coordination and timely to be successful. This offers a unique opportunity for you to be an owner problem solver and risk manager operating with a high degree of autonomy and ambiguity.
Successful candidates will have a strong technical background be detailoriented have excellent communication skills and exhibit a deep understanding of system or service architecture and implementation details. You will have a consistent record of ownership of complex projects and demonstrated the ability to earn the trust of your partners. Your technical expertise and operational excellence will raise the bar and influence the teams decisions driving secure and robust solutions.
3 years of technical product or program management experience
3 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience building and evaluating systemlevel technical design
Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
Ability to navigate an ambiguous environment
Able to diplomatically disagree and align when dealing with different stakeholders
Results oriented and with a customer focus
Prior experience in building service oriented (SOA) distributed systems
Experience leading initiatives across multiple organizations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
