    Qualifications:
    • Currently pursuing a degree in integrated communications web design interactive media business data analytics marketing public relations graphic design or a related field.
    • Strong written verbal and visual communication skills.
    • Experience building a website (i.e. Finalsite Squarespace WIX WordPress Google Sites)
    • Experience with social media management and digital marketing strategies (i.e. Meta Business Suite MailChimp Constant Contact Smore Google Ads Google Analytics Flicker SmugMug).
    • Understanding of SEO accessibility compliance user experience.
    • Experience using Canva.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong attention to detail.

    Responsibilities:
    • Build templates for the district communication system load template messages and create newsletter templates.
    • Develop a backtoschool strategy by creating a series of email communications and website content templates.
    • Organize and maintain the districts photo library by importing tagging and managing permissions for internal use.
    • Build Canva brand kits for each school and design social media templates.
    • Support district wide social media accounts while identifying inactive ones.
    • Assist in creating and scheduling content for the districts social media platforms (Facebook X Instagram LinkedIn etc..
    • Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools to improve engagement.
    • Update website content convert PDFs to HTML fix broken links remove unused images and ensure ADA compliance with Alt Tags.
