Nurse Resident Participation Requirements

• Monthly Cohort Meetings: Engage with your peers regularly.
• SelfPaced Content: Complete monthly program materials at your own pace.
• Residency Project: Successfully finish a project as part of the residency program.

Now Hiring 2025 New Graduate Nurses with graduation dates in May August and December.

New Grad starting pay is $32.73/hr

Shift differential 3p11pm is $5/hr and 11p7am is $7.50/hr

$2000/month stipend for 6 months prior to licensure

$10K Sign on bonus

Education:

• Diploma from an RN program.

License(s)/Certification(s):

• Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state.
• Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state.
• Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
