Tasks and Qualifications:
This is What You Will Do in this Role:
- Complete the design of sophisticated systems that integrate hardware and software
- Complete sophisticated material specification layout/drawing preparation and appropriate followup
- Complete recommendations for ideas related to productivity improvement cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction
- Perform complex technical interchange and knowledge transfer for both processes and application of products to system design
- Identify and resolves more complex problems and applies problemsolving skills in order to deal with most situations
- Project Engineering and Commissioning at customer sites
- Communicate train and work with customer for final system design
- Travels up to 25 to different customer locations/Dematic locations
What We are Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- 5 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree maybe substituted for experience
- Proficient in 3D modeling software and AutoCAD
- Experience in Material Handling/automation industry
- Experience in a Mechanical Engineering position that is projectbased (design to installation)
- Strong communication skills/presentation skills
- Ability to effectively delegate
- Understanding of project schedule and budget for Mechanical Engineering functions
- Able to lead multiple small or midsized projects.
