A Day in the Life:

  • Perform data compilation and analysis at different aggregation levels including single product families or single sites with a limited scope.
  • Analyze demand signals translate them into forecast inputs and coordinate with the extended demand team for a flawless plan.
  • Contribute to the development of an accurate demand forecast and document proposed inputs to track changes.
  • Collaborate with various crossfunctional teams on ambitious projects like new product launches line extensions product discontinuations promotions and events ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop scenario planning and determine opportunities to improve critical metrics impacting Demand Planning accuracy.
  • Work autonomously with occasional mentorship demonstrating outstanding business decisionmaking skills.
  • Communicate effectively within the organization.

  • Build excellent relationships with key internal and external customers based on trust and confidence.
  • Teach educate coach and mentor collaborators to achieve desired business outcomes.

  • Refine and train algorithms to aid in analysis and scenario planning.

  • Maintain a vendorneutral stance with no specific preference toward a particular vendor or technology.
  • Understand multiple processes across different systems to produce accurate results.
  • Identify and implement modifications to business practices to take full advantage of technology innovation.

Data Orchestration

  • Translate business goals and metrics into arguments cases reasons for specific projects.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of finance sales marketing and R&D functions.
  • Refine and train algorithms to aid in analysis and scenario planning.

Keys to Success:

Education and Experience

  • BS/BA degree in a business or analytical field (operations management engineering sciences finance business administration).
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain sales operations forecasting or similar role required.
  • Experience with SIOP demand planning forecasting and Salesforce CRM in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain procedures and supply management.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook Windows Excel PowerPoint and Word) and Oracle or other ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
  • Must have proven experience in customer relations and problemsolving customer issues.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple facilities and reporting lines.

This position does NOT offer relocation benefits.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range budgeted for this position based in California is $75000.00 $10000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on which includes:
