You have the practical logistics experience; this is your opportunity to bring your people project and resource management skills to the fore. You will supervise individuals assign and direct the implementation of tasks and establish business controls and processes all to ensure the right product is delivered to the right place at the right price.
Principle Duties/Responsibilities:
Supervises individual contributors responsible for routine tasks in a distribution and logistics environment
Assigns and directs implementation of tasks and processes in a department or work group
Establishes maintains business controls and processes
Maintains a productive team through training and development.
Plan short term labor and capacity needs input from management.
Develop and implement programs to ensure efficient costeffective operation and utilization of a departments resources.
Support Great Place to Work (GPTW) initiatives and develop program.
Reduce operation exceptions through disciplined approach or root cause and corrective action
Maintain and develop operational training programs and supplemental programs for employee onboarding and development
Maintain operational SOPs and revision needs
Monitor individual and departmental performance
Provide objective performance feedback to employees for recognition to assess training and identify any performance improvement needs.
The supervisor will participate in regulatory and internal quality inspections and is responsible for all issues related to warehouse operations.
Supports and maintains QMS
Partially works in an office setting under desirable conditions with few or no disagreeable features.
May be required to perform duties in the warehouse which may require the ability to lift to 50 lbs. May be required to push or pull up to 125 lbs. frequently. May have extended hours sitting and or walking. May require occasional standing climbing stairs or ladders.
Some domestic and international travel may be required.
May require Associate Degree or higher education/specialized training/certification or equivalent combination of education and experience
1 years experience formally or informally leading people projects and/or programs for entry to this level
5 years of experience in warehouse logistics operation
Basic supervisory skills and the ability to design and execute processes
Demonstrated competency with SAP
Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to effectively communicate with various levels of management in a professional manner
Ability to use a forklift and related warehouse equipment his highly desired

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Applications for this job will be accepted until at least April 18 2025 or until the job is no longer posted.The fulltime equivalent pay range for this position is $80800.00 $126250.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.
