Your daily workout
User Research: Conduct discovery research to better understand our users needs and behaviors informing business and product direction
Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers designers and engineers to ensure research findings are integrated into the product development process
Research Operations: Drive research operations by streamlining processes such as user recruitment panel management and data collection
DataDriven Insights: Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform product design presenting insights in a clear and actionable manner
Methodology Guidance: Support crossfunctional teams by guiding them on how to best apply research methodologies in their projects
- Usability Testing: Conduct usability studies analyze cognitive and behavioral data and provide design recommendations
- Advocacy Advocate: for researchinformed decisions and evangelize usercentered design practices across the organization
Your fitness level
Education: Bachelors degree in Psychology HumanComputer Interaction Anthropology or a related field
Experience: 35 years of UX research experience preferably with a focus on Discovery and B2B research
Research Methods: Strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
Tools: Familiarity with UX research tools such as Condens Maze Miro and co
Research Operations: Ability to manage and optimize research operations including user panels and templates
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to communicate complex insights to nonresearch stakeholders
- Collaboration: Experience facilitating workshops and working in collaborative crossfunctional teams
Your training goal for your first 6 months
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product ecosystem and customer base
Research Leadership: Lead Discovery research initiatives that inform strategic product decisions
- UX Research Operations: Help elevate our UX research operations ensuring smooth processes and clear reporting mechanisms
