Raytheonis seeking an individual with operations experience who will be responsible for guiding operations across multiple factories and business Operations Program Manager will be accountable for schedule performance risk and opportunity management operational efficiencies and continuous improvement across the program. Ideal candidate should have demonstrated success in factory operations engineering and/or supply chain with experience as a Cost Account Manager and leading in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.

What You Will Do

  • Execute plans around operational efficiency in space and capital planning to accommodate growth across multiple factories.

  • Lead collaboratively across all of Operations and Supply Chain and key business partners in the Program Management Office Engineering and Mission Assurance.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

  • Experience in Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing policies and procedures and/or experience with RF Components RF Subassemblies and RF Subsystems

  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma/CORE and other Operational Excellence methodologies

  • Experience using metrics to develop implementation of the MRP plan while achieving cost and quality requirements

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Expert or mastery level knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

  • Deep knowledge of project management. Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within work area and ability to identify links and potential impact on projects programs or systems.

  • Earned Value Certification with Control/Cost Account Manager experiences Level 6 Program Management Certification within one year of start date

  • CAM experience

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

Location:

North Texas: salary range for this role is 124000 USD 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
