Your Role
As an Alterations associate you will be responsible for customer requests and expectations for fit. The team Makes Life Extraordinary by supporting with resizing and restyling all merchandise from Neiman Marcus stores. This job will be onsite and you will report to the Alterations Manager.
What Youll Do
- Measure and fit garments to achieve customer expectations
- Perform alterations and customizations
- Utilize sewing machine and handsewing methods to yield results
- Provide details as it relates to service fees and lead time on completion of work
What You Bring
- Prior functional and technical skills
- Prior sewing machine operations
- Process management skills
- Manage and measure work
