Our clients are currently seeking midsenior legal counsels with a strong background in commercial and consumer law.
What are we looking for
- Minimum 3 years PQE within toptier private practice or a large inhouse legal team
- Strong technical experience across Commercial Law with exposure to any of the following areas; Consumer Law Intellectual Property Digital Commerce and/or Data Privacy
- Experience in an FMCG retail or consumer digital product/commerce industry would be advantageous
- Ability to proactively solve problems and collaborate effectively across multiple teams
- Excellent analytical collaboration and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn business requirements quickly and hit the ground running analyse legal and commercial risks and propose creative businessoriented solutions
- An ability to effectively influence both internal and external stakeholders is essential
- Strong team player and serviceoriented attitude
- Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia
