Job Description

This role will be based in Bengaluru India.

The work location of this role is hybrid meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by the business needs of the team.  

We are looking for a Manager Sourcing Services Intake Concierge to support the Global Strategic Sourcing Intake Concierge Team (ICT) and lead a team of Intake Concierge Associates in India to ensure a delightful experience for our internal business stakeholders. The manager will need to be proficient in sourcing tools and processes and have an indepth knowledge of the LinkedIn procurement policy. The Manager Intake Concierge role is responsible for managing junior and senior sourcing associates and providing direction and oversight to ensure accuracy with our category teams by quickly reviewing the purchasing requirements validating the request details and assigning the project to the appropriate team with a high accuracy rate while achieving all metrics. In addition this role partners with the sourcing services leadership team to manage escalations with stakeholders and data analytics for the team. This role will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Manager Intake and Outsourced Services in developing talent collaborating on process efficiencies and allocating resources while ensuring a delightful experience for internal and external teams across SourceToPay.  This team will be the face of sourcing and will serve as a help desk to all business stakeholders to create a customercentric experience.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures a delightful business experience by quickly evaluating the key criteria and potential risks for LinkedIn sourcing projects and assigning to the appropriate team while meeting SLA requirements. 
  • Partners closely with the Global Sourcing Category Teams and Sourcing Services leadership team to ensure proper handoffs and escalations as needed 
  • Understands the Voice of the Customer to mitigate pain points identifies opportunities for improvement and communicates those to the Senior Manager Intake and Outsourced Services. 
  • Serves as a help desk function for the business by clarifying requests and assigning tickets to the appropriate Sourcing team as quickly as possible 
  • Communicates and documents clearly and efficiently to stakeholders on project assignments. 
  • Participates in continued education training for the ICT and Global Strategic Sourcing team. 
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement for team efficiency by making recommendations to Senior Manager Intake and Outsourced Services. 
  • Participates in opportunities for the team to assist with other initiatives that require support such as M&A pipeline renewal support and other projects as needed. 
     

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience in business administration Supply Chain Finance or related field
  • Ability to communicate with senior management
  • Experience in people management 
  • Experience in building relationships delegating decisionmaking
  • Experience contributing to customer service initiatives within a sourcing organization
  • Experience analyzing data and making datadriven decisions
  • Experience using and analyzing reports metrics and dashboards with PowerBI or other applicable tools
  • Proven experience assisting with change management within a transforming organization
  • Customer focused responsive and action oriented with a strong sense of urgency
  • Proficient at managing multiple simultaneous high impact workstreams
  • Excellent communication presentation analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to communicate with senior management
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced startup environment
