Job Description

AIR Communities is hiring a Community Leasing Manager for a 220unit Luxury property in Bethesda MD!  Ravel and Royale offers a parklike setting surrounded by Rock Creek Park with the convenience of the GrosvenorStrathmore Metro stop.  The community provides the arts aficionado a oneofakind partnership with Strathmore Music Center for resident exclusive programs.

A bit more about what youll do

  • Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports
  • Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
  • Manage leasing and maintenance team members facilitates leasing activities revenue growth resident satisfaction as well as adherence to legal standards and company policies.

Qualifications :

At least 4 years of experience with sales customer service and asset management ideally in property management or similar industry (hospitality retail restaurants etc.

  • 24 years of experience leading a team of people in competitive sales and customer service environment
  • Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
  • Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results
  • Possess general understanding of financials and budgets
  • Knowledge of various property management systems and tools (ie Entrata OneSite SmartRent Salesforce etc.


Additional Information :

AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:

  • Expected pay rate of $80000 $100000 Bonus/Commissions. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
