Join Us in Western Sydney

Were looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at the Western Sydney Service Centre in Erskine Park NSW. This is a permanent Operator role working with our newest stateoftheart paint line producing premium COLORBOND products. With advanced equipment and automated systems youll be part of a highperforming team that plays a key role in delivering topquality results for our customers.

As an Operator youll work closely with both operations and maintenance teams to keep things running smoothly from equipment setup and troubleshooting to maintaining high safety and quality standards. This role operates on a rotating 12hour day and night shift schedule with no weekend work required!

What Youll Be Doing

With full training provided youll learn to:

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues
• Work with crossfunctional teams to improve plant performance
• Learn to operate overhead cranes (training provided)
• Follow procedures to maintain a safe and productive workplace

• Great communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues
