Job Description
Are you ready to be part of something bigger Were expanding operations at our Western Sydney Service Centre (WSSC) in Erskine Park and are looking for enthusiastic Production Operators to join our team. As a permanent member of the crew youll be working with our newest stateoftheart paint line supporting the manufacture of highquality COLORBOND products.
This growth is part of our major capital investment in the Metal Coating Line boosting production capacity by up to 240000 tonnes. This increased capability helps supply COLORBOND ZINCALUME and TRUECORE steelintegral products used in roofing fencing and house framing across Australia.
What Youll Be Doing
In this handson and diverse role youll operate machinery troubleshoot equipment and support plant setups and isolationsall with a strong focus on safety and quality. Youll work closely with both operations and maintenance teams in a collaborative supportive environment to help deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
Youll be working on a 12hour rotating shift roster (both day and night)with no weekend shifts required!
