Residential Service Technician

What You Will Do

As a Residential Service Technician you will play a vital role in supporting the lives of individuals in our program and assisting our dedicated team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing residents with general support for daily living activities.
  • Supporting treatment goals and ensuring overall safety within the residential setting.
  • Maintaining certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT1 and upholding continuous MHRT1 status through required trainings.
  • Serving as part of a team of Residential Service Technicians and collaborating with facilities management the director and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Assisting in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for residents.

Qualifications Needed For Success

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two years of experience in mental health is preferred.
  • Must become certified as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT1 within 1 year of employment and maintain required trainings thereafter.
  • Successful completion of criminal background child protective service check and sex offender check.

  • This is a fulltime hourly role. You will work onsite out of our Portland office.
