We are actively seeking a licensed BCBA to lead clinical services provide mentorship to RBTs and work directly with clients using evidence-based behavioral strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services including behavior assessments functional analyses and treatment planning
- Provide direct supervision and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families educators and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized integrated intervention plans
- Develop behavior acquisition and reduction programs with data-driven adjustments
- Maintain clinical documentation that meets BACB and funding source requirements
- Ensure compliance with all state licensure HIPAA and ethical guidelines
- Attend team meetings conduct parent trainings and support caregiver collaboration
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
- Active state licensure (if applicable)
- 1 years of experience in ABA therapy (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in electronic data collection and case management systems
- Passion for working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
