Are you a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families Join a collaborative supportive and innovative team committed to delivering high-quality ABA therapy services. We are actively seeking a licensed BCBA to lead clinical services provide mentorship to RBTs and work directly with clients using evidence-based behavioral strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services including behavior assessments functional analyses and treatment planning
• Provide direct supervision and coaching to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collaborate with families educators and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized integrated intervention plans
• Develop behavior acquisition and reduction programs with data-driven adjustments
• Maintain clinical documentation that meets BACB and funding source requirements
• Ensure compliance with all state licensure HIPAA and ethical guidelines
• Attend team meetings conduct parent trainings and support caregiver collaboration

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
• Active state licensure (if applicable)
• 1 years of experience in ABA therapy (preferred but not required)
• Strong organizational communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in electronic data collection and case management systems
• Passion for working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
