You have completed a Bachelors Degree in a related field or comparable experience in lieu of a degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields. You have worked in a related role for at least 5years and are ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

Your Opportunity

This fulltime role is about making an impact on peoples lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an HR Compliance Specialistin burg VA (remote work will also be considered) you will be part of the proven team in the Human Resource Business Line in the Corporate Business Unit. Your work will include:

  • Lead develop implement and maintain Framatomes HR compliance programs and reporting requirements
  • Build a consultative and collaborative relationship with HR Operations Talent Management and business leaders on HR compliance requirements and initiatives
  • Assist in development and of compliance strategy and implementation of best practices in compliance with collaboration from HR Payroll Legal and business stakeholders
  • Compile and analyze data sets to extract insights convey findings and implement decisions
  • Perform analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing programs; provide and implement process improvements
  • Ensures adherence to federal/state regulations and customer requirements related to the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and other employment laws
  • Maintains records and supports compliance processes to ensure that labor and reporting obligations are met
  • Researches and stays informed on employment law and applicable regulations and provisions
  • Assist in developing compliance policies procedures and processes

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $75000 $97000 and may also include annual incentives performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
