Job Description
Essential Job Functions
- Ensure of daily operations within the department
- Review & audit drivers logs and inspections
- Work closely with Safety & Compliance
- Accountable for production supervision and discipline of employees
- Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards
- Enforce policy and procedure compliance
- Coordinate with other departments within the company
- Respond to & solve problems
- Train employees on job specific duties
- Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements
- Effectively communicate with drivers clients vendors and employees
- Assist Operations Manager with planning and budget process.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Problem solving identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Client Service manages difficult client situations responds promptly to client needs and welcome client feedback
- Quality managementlook for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
Physical Requirements
- Talking hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard mouse and other computer components.
- Sitting for extended periods of time
- Walking within the warehouse and inspecting freight
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED Required
- Four years industry experience required.
- Two years supervisory required.
