About the role:
- Advise on property transactions including acquisitions disposals and leasing.
- Work on rural property transactions and agribusiness matters.
- Assist with renewable energy projects including wind and solar farms.
- Handle property development projects such as residential subdivisions and infrastructure.
- Negotiate and draft propertyrelated contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with clients across diverse sectors including agriculture energy and real estate.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 24 years postadmission experience.
- Experience in rural property transactions or the renewable energy sector.
- Strong interest in real estate and agribusiness.
- Demonstrates an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset.
