IAT Insurance Group has opening for a Policy Support Specialist in the following office and product line listed below. The specific level for this role will be commensurate with the experience level of the selected candidate.

The Policy Support Specialist is responsible for processing and indexing submission/policy documents (new business renewals cancellations endorsements correspondence etc. performing technical and administrative support in accordance with standard procedures. This position is also responsible for maintaining records preparing reports verifying information and resolving common problems.

Qualifications:
Must have:
- High School graduate or equivalent (equivalent is defined as having 4 years of relevant insurance experience).
- Ability to work in fast paced high volume and deadlinedriven production environment.
- Practical experience with MS Office data entry and detailoriented research.
- High level of attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy of work.
- Basic organizational time management and followup skills.
- Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and have the ability provide a firstrate experience for our customers.
- To qualify all applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require now or in the future VISA sponsorship for employment purposes.
Preferred to have:
- Associate degree or 2 years of relevant insurance clerical administrative or customer service experience.

Compensation:
Please note if you live in Illinois the typical range for this role will be $17/hour to $27/hour. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the hourly rate for this position in those locations. Actual hourly rates will vary based on factors such as a candidates qualifications skills competencies and geographical location related to this specific role. The total compensation will include a base salary performancebased bonus opportunities 401(K) match profitsharing opportunities and more.
