Salary: $150000 $250000 (Base Growth Incentives)
Position Overview
A leading kitchen cabinet manufacturer specializing in largescale projects is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee field teams project managers and logistics. This role requires strong leadership strategic and operational excellence to ensure ontime project completion efficiency and exceptional client experiences.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing multiple largescale projects simultaneously implementing accountability structures and KPIs and fostering team collaboration across both field and office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 15 including project managers logistics and field teams.
- Manage multiple largescale projects simultaneously ensuring deadlines budgets and quality standards are met.
- Implement KPIs & accountability measures to track and improve team performance.
- Lead and develop crossfunctional teams ensuring alignment with project and company objectives.
- Ensure strong client relationships serving as the key point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.
- Optimize operational workflows to enhance communication productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with international teams.
- Monitor project budgets schedules and resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
MustHaves
Proven leadership experience in construction manufacturing or related industries.
Track record of overseeing large & multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience implementing KPIs & accountability measures to improve team performance.
Excellent communication & client management skills to drive a superior customer experience.
