Description
As part of the Accounts Payable Team the Finance Specialist is responsible for accurate and timely payroll and procurement processing for DevereuxArizona Centers. This position acts as a support to the Finance Department and is the liaison between the financial department and DevereuxArizona programs. The Finance Specialist performs billing and collection duties for assigned funders completes all EHR adjustments ensures thorough paperwork and acts as a backup for accounts payable and payment posting responsibilities.
Pay Range: $20.05 $22.05/hr.
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00am4:00pm (Hybrid)

Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED is required
- One 1 year of related experience (procurement payroll accounts payable accounting support role)
- Experience with vendor contracts purchasing Oracle and Kronos
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications
OTHER:
- Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
- Valid Drivers License & pass DMV 36month history check
- Preemployment Physical and Physical Abilities Test (if applicable)
- Drug test within 24hrs of offer w/ negative results
- Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions). Arizona Revised Statues Notice (ARS 36411 Residential care institutions; nursing care institutions; home health agencies; fingerprinting requirements; exemptions; definitions). If a persons employment record contains a sixmonth or longer time frame during which the person was not employed by any employer a completed application with a new set of fingerprints shall be submitted to the department of public safety.
