About the role
Thiess Mount Pleasant Operation is seeking Experienced Excavator Operators with Open Cut experience and refined operating skills in Heavy Earthmoving equipment including Liebherr 9 9350 and CAT 6060 Excavators. Hitachi excavator skill set will also be considered.
You will be required to work on a rotating lifestyle roster 5/4 4/5 5/5 (including day night and weekend work).
About you
- Proven abilities in operating heavy earth moving machinery in a mining environment
- Good communication skills with the willingness to be part of a highperformance team
- Commitment to the highest safety community and environmental standards
- Experience in operating large heavy plant
- Initiative and a flexible approach to work with a proactive approach and productive mindset
- Ability to work to direction and be self motivated
