About the role:
- Advising and working with public and private clients as well as government entities such as infrastructure managers financiers and property developers.
- Be involved in a wide range of property/real estate matters such as leasing development capital transactions and investment funds.
The ideal candidate:
- Midsenior Lawyer 24 PQE coming from a reputable law firm.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- An understanding and welldeveloped knowledge of property laws and legislations.
