Amazon is looking for a Senior Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic tactical crossfunctional and technology projects and programs across multiple verticals. This role requires scoping and creating project plans developing processes coordinating and driving and communicating to senior management on status risks and process/product changes. Crossteam coordination project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive project management experience combined with deep analytical capabilities and a keen sense of innovation to lead complex projects from conception to completion.
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to effectively manage the creation and enhancement of our supply chain and transportation networks. In this role you will scope large projects track project timelines and develop mechanisms for communicating status risk and business challenges. The ideal candidate must be adept at crossteam coordination project management and data analysis with a proven history of delivering results.
Key job responsibilities
Manage and oversee various crossfunctional programs ensuring successful delivery.
Develop and refine program strategies effectively leading and motivating teams.
Set clear objectives for programs leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.
Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios applying creative problemsolving skills.
Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success.
Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with customer needs and technical team inputs.
Bridge gaps in team dynamics processes and systems preventing common project pitfalls.
Identify and mitigate risks preventing them from escalating into major issues.
Regularly communicate with senior managers business leaders and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.
Develop implement and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.
Manage and communicate project budgets effectively.

Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) Cross Border Exports team currently seeks an innovative handson analytical and resultsoriented Senior Program Manager to lead the various initiatives to improve speed for US outbound crossborder deliveries to our customers in 190 countries.
A successful candidate must be passionate about understanding customer and process pain points have an unending desire to uncover root causes of any defect work independently be comfortable with ambiguity be able to influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization and have a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic tactical crossfunctional and technology projects and programs across multiple verticals. This role will particularly suit someone with strong skills in program management analytics queries communication (both written and verbal) relationship building and Customer Obsession. Additionally the candidate must be willing to leverage extensive project management experience combined with deep analytical capabilities and a keen sense of innovation to lead complex projects through completion.
Bachelors degree in supply chain business engineering finance or related technical or quantitative field
5 years of program or project management experience
2 years of supply chain experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g. pivot tables & charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical/IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc.
Experience working cross functionally with nontech teams
Experience with SQL
5 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
5 years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes project management and schedules
Experience of Six Sigma/Lean analytical techniques
