As Senior CRM Data Analyst you will be working in our CRM team which manages email push notifications inApp messages and content cards. You will be taking part in redefining the customer experience for our Zalando customers through our CRM channel. Your expertise will help us create personalized highimpact customer journeys that enhance customer engagement retention and reactivation to eventually drive business growth. In this role youll work closely with marketing product and engineering teams to develop a scalable insightdriven CRM strategy.

Develop and optimize datadriven CRM strategies by generating insights into our contactable base our customers behavior & engagement and campaign performance.
Establish KPI frameworks for campaign evaluation incorporating a customercentric perspective define targets for key CRM metrics to measure success of our CRM efforts effectively.
Build automate and maintain CRM reports to provide clear visibility into the development of our contactable base as well as the impact of CRM campaigns and initiatives to our Zalando business.
Collaborate crossfunctionallywork with the Audience Management and Operations teams to gather reporting requirements and partner with Product and Data Engineering teams to streamline analytics processes.
Champion a datadriven culture within the CRM team offering guidance on methodologies tools and best practices.
Innovate and explore new data opportunities by working closely with analysts data scientists engineers and commercial teams to unlock valuable insights and drive smarter decisionmaking.
WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
5 years experience in using CRM/customer data in smart and creative ways to answer business questions. Very good quantitative degree e.g. in Economics Statistics Mathematics Computer Science.
Advanced skills in data methodologies and technologies (Python and SQL PySpark) and Visualization tools e.g. MicroStrategy Tableau. Curious about learning new technologies e.g. Databricks AWS data lake Airflow.
Strong communicator to challenge the statusquo tell data stories maximize decision impact of your results and liaison with commercial and tech people alike.
Proactive fast learner problem solver teamplayer comfortable working in English in a fast paced international work environment
