Director Programmatic Sales Demand & Growth PartnershipsJob Description
About The Position
The Director Programmatic Sales (Demand & Growth Partnerships) will be responsible for cultivating and growing relationships with our Demand partners by educating them on and selling premium programmatic (PMP/PG) sales across Dotdash Meredith Digital including: (i) selling programmatic offerings to advertising clients (and as appropriate agency trading desks and demandside platforms) either as programmaticonly or hybrid deals; (ii) working with marketing to create premium programmatic sales collateral; (iii) working with internal stakeholders to develop postcampaign reports containing insights and analytics that reflect the value of Dotdash Meredith Digital programmatic offering; (iv) driving topline premium programmatic revenue growth. (v) partner with the Associate Director of Ops and the Executive Director of Account Strategy to drive demand business. The role will combine programmatic sales and market positioning acumen with and understanding the technical executionoriented and marketdriven considerations of premium programmatic media transactions.

The Roles Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements
Education:
BS/BA Degree with advanced quantitative or business degree preferred
Experience:
3 years of digital media/crossplatform sales or buying experience (with 1 years of digital experience in programmatic ad sales revenue operations and/or business development)
Specific Knowledge Skills Certifications and Abilities:
Strong understanding of the programmatic media ecosystem (including exchanges ad networks DSPs SSPs DMPs trading desks etc. and strong relationships within the space with emphasis on ATD DSP and agency relationships.
Strong quantitative aptitude with the ability to analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills: ability to solution sell and tocommunicate complex technical features in simple terms.
Entrepreneurial selfstarter with ability to work in a matrix organization and thrive in a highlycollaborative teambased environment.
Experience working with Google/GAM
Experience working with DSPs SSPs DMPs and both open auction bidding private marketplace platforms programmatic guaranteed platforms
Experience with data and targeting
Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities
Strong financial skills and negotiation skills

Salary: New York: $105000.00 $150000.00The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Merediths total compensation package for employees.
