Job Description
The RBKS ASIC team builds a variety of devices geared at powering Blink and Ring Security Cameras and Doorbells. We specialize in lowpower cost optimized solutions which can be vertically integrated into our products. This is a fast moving team that can pivot and adapt to a shifting market demands. We take a strong view of ownership and the entire Amazon LP process.
Key job responsibilities
Manager a team of engineers
Work with internal product firmware and hardware teams.
Lead Scrum teams and drive to deadlines.
Lead Reviews and forward looking initiatives
Understand the ASIC design and verification flow
Drive programs to production and firstcustomer ship.
B.S. In EE/Computer Engineering with 12 years of experience or M.S. in EE/Computer engineering with 10 years of experience
History of leading chips or highly complex subsystems
Either focused on Verification or Design with a history of firstpass silicon success
Verilog/System Verilog experience
3 years managing an ASIC DE/DV team with a production tapeout.
Agile/Scrum experience
UVM Experience
EDA Tool Experience Lint Formal Equivalent Synthesys SDC/UPF
