We seek an experienced Partner Marketing Specialist in the firearms space to enhance our partner marketing efforts. This Key Account Specialist position will lead the building of custom partnerships and campaigns with aligned brands in the 2A community.

Qualified candidates should have experience in fullcycle of media deals and hold deep firearms industry connectivity. Your ability to engage with manufacturers and advance the firearms dialogue will be crucial in cultivating partnerships that enhance top line revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand evaluate and articulate costperacquisition mechanics of membership marketing acquisition campaigns/initiatives.
- Generate and sustain endtoend partnerships that generate reciprocal value for both parties.
- Craft and execute marketing initiatives aimed at our partners audiences ensuring they align with our broader marketing goals and effectively engage the target audience.
- Analyze partner efforts and effectiveness to determine performance trends and generate insights that drive decisionmaking.
- Establish clear KPIs to evaluate the success of endemic partnerships ensuring alignment with business goals and ROI expectations.
- Facilitate periodic reviews with partners to assess performance share insights and identify opportunities for growth or adjustment in strategy.
- Manage budgets for partnership campaigns/initiatives ensuring costeffective spending while maximizing reach engagement leads and membership acquisition.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and partnership opportunities.
- Partner with fellow marketing leaders to develop a cohesive marketing strategy across all business channels.
- Collaborate with funnel specialists and the creative team to establish an optimized experience for the enduser/customer.
Required Skills/Experience Education:
- This position is based at our corporate headquarters in West Bend Wisconsin and requires a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
- Demonstrated experience in/knowledge of the firearms industry. Must possess a deep list of contacts and ties within the 2A community.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- 6 years of experience in digital marketing with an emphasis on sales media buying partnership management or related focus.
- Indepth knowledge of the firearms industry including trends and current events or legislation that may impact USCCA operations.
- Experience in firearms training is preferred.
- Familiarity with advertising and marketing compliance requirements specific to the firearms sector.
- A storyteller adept at transforming financial data into a compelling narrative that illustrates ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and reporting.
- A genuine interest in media trends emerging technologies and their impact on partner strategies.
- Proven experience in leading teams or initiatives fostering collaboration. Able to drive results in fast paced multistakeholder environments.
- Strong handson experience with project management software is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Skilled in utilizing digital communication platforms.
