Position Summary
Signify Health is transforming how care is delivered by bringing essential health services to Americans in their homes and enabling meaningful care outside of traditional settings. With a network of over 10000 clinicians and more than 3 million Inhome Health Evaluations (IHEs) delivered annually across every U.S. county weve built trusted relationships with members that position us to broaden our impact.
As we expand beyond our core IHE service Signify is building a suite of new inhome and virtual health services to better identify chronic conditions close gaps in care and increase access to preventive care. We are growing our team and looking for a Senior Manager to help shape and deliver the next generation of service offerings.
This role strikes a balance between strategy and . As Senior Manager New Product Development you will help lead the development and of a portfolio strategy that expands Signifys inhome services. This is a crossfunctional handson role that blends strategy analysis and earlystage product development and . Youll work closely with teams across product operations clinical and finance to identify assess and operationalize new healthcare service concepts.
You will contribute to strategic planning while owning tactical workstreams helping to build business cases define product roadmaps and support MVP launches. Your work will directly shape nearterm business results and lay the groundwork for longterm growth.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy: You will support the development of our portfolio strategy for new inhome and virtual healthcare services identifying and evaluating potential offerings to shape the vision and multiyear roadmap for New Visit service offerings aligning them with Signify Healths longterm business strategy.
Market Analysis: Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcareathome market research opportunity assessments and competitive analysis to inform roadmap decisions and identify areas of differentiation
Business Cases: Translate strategic opportunities into clear datadriven business cases. Develop user experiences and journeys. Quantify value impact cost and feasibility and validate productmarket fit. Create prioritization frameworks to guide investment decisions. Synthesize data and insights into clear compelling recommendations.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product clinical operations finance client success and sales teams to align on goals capture feedback and support decisionmaking processes.
Product Roadmap: Support to define and maintain a 1236 month roadmap of new service offerings that balances user needs business objectives and technical feasibility.
Product Development: Facilitate product discovery processes including user research journey mapping and pain point analysis to shape the service design. You will translate opportunities into clear product requirements and lead the initial launch and MVP development of new products and service offerings.
Implementation and Go To Market: Partner crossfunctionally to support implementation planning gotomarket efforts tracking key performance indicators and identifying improvement opportunities.
What Were Looking For
7 years of experience in product development product management and a mix of market and product strategy consulting or venture capitalpreferably within healthcare.
Familiarity with healthcare market dynamics valuebased care and emerging models of care delivery.
A passion for innovation and building new products that make a meaningful difference in healthcare.
A strong mix of analytical and creative thinking with the ability to frame problems synthesize insights and propose actionable solutions.
Experience building comprehensive business cases that inform strategic investments including market sizing financial projections resourcing and scenario modeling.
Experience in launching or supporting earlystage products or services 01 work).
Track record of contributing to or owning parts of the product development lifecycle from discovery through MVP and scale
Proficiency with product development concepts and tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence Figma Lucid) agile methodologies user journeys and product documentation.
Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and the ability to translate insights into action.
Comfortable analyzing data and leading discovery efforts to understand needs and validate opportunities.
Comportable conducting quantitative and qualitative research to evaluate feasibility impact and alignment with business objectives.
Ability to distill complex information into clear business recommendations and communicate with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work in crossfunctional teams and drive progress across multiple workstreams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to create clear narratives and influence stakeholders.
This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Product Management.
This position is a remote position with some travel required.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$118450.00 $236900.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
