About the Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing healthcare delivery organization as a Call Center Recruiter. In this role you will work closely with team members to identify interview and onboard Member Engagement Coordinators across the United States. Responsibilities include:
Facilitating and managing the coordination of the call center hiring process (candidate screening Interview scheduling etc. using Workday ATS
Building a critical understanding of the Member Engagement teams talent needs
Delivering on a best in class candidate experience including transparent and timely communication
Partnering with hiring managers to refine and enhance selection processes improving quality of hire
Ensuring timely movement from candidates and leaders through the recruiting process to facilitate rapid hiring needs
Maintaining and supporting a positive employment brand by creating a positive and upbeat environment
Collaborating with team members to fill hiring needs across the United States
We are looking for someone with:
1 years recruiting experience
Experience in a rapidpaced environment
Ability and desire to screen a high number of candidates daily
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to problem solve think critically and take ownership
Strong Commitment to candidate experience
Positive team player
Education
HS/GED required. Bachelors degree preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$43888.00 $85068.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
