Visual Merchandising is a dynamic team within Retail Innovation and Store Design aimed to support the business and our retail colleagues while partnering with the Merchandising Team to develop Category Merchandising Plans. Keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do the Visual Merchandising Team will collaborate across various stakeholder groups including but not limited to; Merchandising Store Operations Inventory Marketing and Pricing to create innovative merchandising solutions.
This position will support the design analysis strategy development and of merchandising solutions. Developing a merchandising strategy in partnership with the Category Manager to achieve the category goals.
Responsibilities
Estimated of Time
Partner with the Category Management Group to develop a category strategy to achieve the category goals. Ensure the category merchandise strategy plan and of that plan across all main and alternate versions of planograms.

Perform analysis using Tableau Category MAP and Extra Care data to identify best merchandising solutions clustering product positioning and space allocation.

Determine correct product facing strategy to ensure planogram holding capacity to customer satisfaction and sales are optimized.

Analyze competitors product display techniques and department layouts to benchmark best practices and bring new innovation display concepts and ideas to our company.

Review and analyze marketing data to integrate supplier ideas to develop best in class planograms.

Creatively merchandise product and identify sales opportunities in order to maximize sales.

Educate store personnel through communication with regard to planogram implementation and product presentation strategies.

Assist in the training and development of new support staff.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46988.00 $112200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
