The Marketing Manager will work closely with internal and external partners to conceive and propose customerfacing strategies and concepts. Marketing Managers will also own guiding these projects to completion to hit customer order and revenue goals. This will include creating complex experiment frameworks analyzing results and structuring scalable campaigns across Amazonowned channels. You will own campaigns endtoend analyze traffic data and solving problems. This role is inherently crossfunctional working closely with external partners central marketing teams selection catalog design operations finance product and executive teams.
Key job responsibilities Develop implement and optimize an end to end merchandising and marketing strategy for your product categories. Work closely with vendor management teams and external vendors meet business priorities. Integrate your strategies into the overall Amazon Fresh Strategy. Drive experiments to continuously improve efficacy and efficiency of marketing tactics Manage customer targeting including segment creation and weblabs Develop datadriven customer insights using raw data sources that are actionable and impactful Support indepth business reviews and present results and pivots to key stakeholders Earn trust at all levels through excellent communication and collaboration Prioritize effectively in a quickly changing and ambiguous environment
2 years of professional noninternship marketing experience Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables) Experience in a marketing role
Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g. Wordpress Drupla Joomla etc. Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
