The DSP DA Assignment team is responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that optimize the assignment of delivery routes to drivers ensuring efficient and timely deliveries for our customers. We collaborate closely with Routing Systems systems and DSP partners to bridge the gap between technology and realworld challenges.

Key job responsibilities Design develop and implement scalable and efficient software solutions for route assignment algorithms and systems. Build technology to solve realworld challenges. Own features from inception and design through prototyping and launch. Write clean maintainable and welldocumented code using best practices and design patterns. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments. Optimize existing systems for performance scalability and reliability. Contribute to the development of technical specifications and architecture designs. Mentor junior engineers and participate in knowledgesharing activities within the team. Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to route optimization and logistics.
3 years of noninternship professional software development experience 2 years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience Experience programming with at least one software programming language
3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
