Job Description
Responsible for all aspects of service in a fine dining setting. Duties include preparing tables prior to events taking guest orders serving beverages and multiple course meals and event clean up. Setting each event specific to the groups requests and needs to include all tableware as trained. Kindly and professionally greet guests upon arrival providing the highest level of customer service throughout reception and event while paying close attention to detail. Collaborating with other Servers and Dishwasher for post event clean up and dishes while taking additional direction from the Event Coordinator.
