We are looking for a qualified Human Resources Associate to join our team and provide support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Youll work closely with and report to the HR Manager providing a strong foundation for our employee experience. Nonexempt position Nonexempt employees will receive overtime pay at 1.5 times the calculated hourly rate for time worked more than 40 hours per week.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This is a fulltime position regular business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm to 4:30 p.m.

This position requires up to 5 travel.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
3 years of experience in human resources in the manufacturing industry.
