Job Description
We are currently seeking Digital Health Lawyers for a variety of healthcare clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of digital health matters including data privacy and security telemedicine mobile health applications electronic health records artificial intelligence and medical device regulations.
- Assess and monitor compliance with applicable laws regulations and industry standards related to digital health operations.
- Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to legal requirements and best practices.
- Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and licenses related to digital health products and services.
- Ensure contracts are in compliance with applicable laws and protect the interests of the clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant legal experience preferably in healthcare law technology law or a related field.
- Indepth knowledge of healthcare regulations (e.g. HIPAA HITECH Act FDA regulations) and technologyrelated laws (e.g. data protection cybersecurity telecommunication laws).
- Strong understanding of digital health technologies including electronic health records telemedicine platforms wearables and health applications.
- Proven experience in contract drafting negotiation and review related to technology and healthcare. SaaS experience preferred.
