Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of low Earth orbit satellites that will provide lowlatency highspeed broadband connectivity to customers and communities around the world. The Project Kuiper Marketing team is looking for a talented resultsoriented individual to lead media planning in Europe with a strong background of media planning budget management and campaign measurement. This role is responsible for planning buying measuring and optimising media investments across multiple channels and locales in partnership with our media agency. The ideal candidate for this role is entrepreneurial and able to work effectively in a matrixed organization.

Key job responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning implementation and measurement of integrated multichannel campaigns designed to drive awareness consideration and demand for Project Kuiper.
Coordinate media across multiple European locales.
Collaborate with Marketing Intelligence teams to measure impact of media investment and regularly report on performance up to Director level adjusting strategically and tactically as needed.
Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders from multiple functions (business finance insights and measurement creative and other marketing teams) at a local regional and global level.
Partner with our external media agency in support of fixed media planning and buying.
Manage budget with accountability for campaign return on investment (ROI).
Develop mechanisms for scalability across multiple marketplaces.
Ensure clear consistent and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy tactics goals and performance for campaigns.
Experience in marketing or marketing research
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
Robust technical experience in planning buying implementing and measuring fixed media across multiple channels for a new B2C product or service.
Media agency experience or inhouse agency experience (planning insights or commercials) ideally in telco.
